The present invention further provides a method for adopting calcium carboxylic acid to carry out phosphorylated protein fluorescence detection, wherein the method comprises dyeing after protein sample electrophoresis, double-step decolorization, and detection. According to the invention, advantages of good specificity, low detection limit, simple operation, stable reproducibility, good dyeing effect, good linearity, good reversibility, good compatibility, safe and environmental protection use, low cost and the like are provided. |
