The aquatic product detection cleaning agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of dodecyl sulfate, 5-11 parts of sorbitan fatty acid ester, 15-25 parts of glacial acetic acid, 40-50 parts of glyceryl caprate, 15-25 parts of magnesium sulfate, 3-7 parts of sodium succinate dibasic, 5-12 parts of sodium malate, 0.2-0.5 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 0.02-0.05 part of oil grape terpene and 1-5 parts of sodium silicate. The cleaning agent provided by the invention can play roles of preventing corrosion and keeping freshness and sterilizing and disinfecting.
