The master control center is connected with the on-site monitoring devices through the communication network, the heat sources, the heat exchange station, the steam user measuring station and the heat user are connected through the heat supply pipeline, the heat sources, the heat exchange station, the steam user measuring station, the heat user and the heat supply pipeline are provided with the on-site monitoring devices, the on-site monitoring devices are connected with the actuator through the bus, and an execution feedback system is arranged on the actuator and connected with the master control center through the communication network.
