Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses hydrolysis resistance aluminum nitride filled polyamide based heat conduction plastic and a preparation method thereof. The plastic is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyamide, 62-135 parts of surfactant modified aluminum nitride, 1-8 parts of antioxidant and 1-10 parts of processing aid, wherein surfactant modified aluminum nitride is prepared by modifying 60-120 parts of aluminum nitride with 2-15 parts of atomized surfactant. The preparation method of the hydrolysis resistance aluminum nitride filled polyamide based heat conduction plastic can be implemented by employing the existing technological equipment, i.e., a powder surface modification machine and a twin-screw extruder, the preparation is simple, and the cost is low. The surface of aluminum nitride powder is pretreated by the surfactant, so that the surface obtains better hydrolysis resistance, and the hydrolysis resistance aluminum nitride filled polyamide based heat conduction plastic with better weather ability and good heat-conducting property is prepared on this basis.
