Method for producing plastic-fiber plates by utilizing waste circuit boards and waste resin materials

The invention discloses a method for producing plastic-fiber plates by utilizing waste circuit boards and waste fiber materials, belonging to the technical field of utilization of wastes as resources and environmental-friendly energy and aiming to solve the problems that waste resins and resin plates are not recycled but incinerated or buried to cause pollution to environment. The method comprises the following six steps of preparing a degrading agent, preparing an activating agent, treating waste resin plate tailings, activating, mixing and granulating, and carrying out extrusion molding and packaging finished products to obtain the waterproof and moistureproof plates finally. The adopted degrading agent is capable of fully degrading harmful substances so that the secondary pollution is avoided. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, wastes can be fully utilized. In addition, the scrapped plastic-fiber plates prepared from waste circuit boards and waste fiber materials can be recycled as the waste circuit boards and the waste fiber materials so that the maximum use values thereof are exerted and the purposes of protecting environment and saving energy are achieved.
