Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an independent counterweight device for a crushing machine applied to the technical field of mining machinery. The device is of two types, namely, a semi-arc asymmetric independent counterweight device and an arc symmetric independent counterweight device. The device specifically structurally comprises an eccentric sleeve, a gearwheel, a key, a lead pig and a counterweight housing; a lead groove which is separated through a rib plate is formed in the counterweight housing along the outer circumference; a communicating opening is formed below the rib plate; the lead pig formed by casting is arranged in the lead groove and is fixed into a communicating groove by the counterweight housing through the rib plate and the communicating groove below the rib plate; the counterweight housing sleeves a large finger opening below the eccentric sleeve and is fixed to limit relative rotation of the housing through the key; the gearwheel which sleeves a small finger opening below the eccentric sleeve is fixed to the eccentric sleeve through interference fit and presses the counterweight housing. According to the independent counterweight device for the crushing machine, the gearwheel does not bear the impact load from a counterweight, so that the service life of the gearwheel can be prolonged; moreover, the mechanism is simple, the mounting is convenient, and the mounting and overhaul intensity can be reduced.
