After the treatment method is performed, the lower tobacco leaves can be controlled within 5%, the upper tobacco leaves can be controlled within 8%, and the middle tobacco leaves can be increased to 87% or more. Accordingly, the purpose of 100% superior middle tobacco leaves and 70% superior tobacco leaves for all produced tobacco leaves can be achieved.
