The invention discloses a multi-color screen printing machine for a bamboo tube top surface. The multi-color screen printing machine comprises a plurality of screen frames, wherein each screen frame is hinged on one same rotating shaft through a clamping arm; the rotating shaft is mounted on an exposure lamp box through bearings; a printing bracket is erected on an exposure window in a top plate of the exposure lamp box; lifting support plates are mounted inside the bracket; the lifting support plates are connected with lifting driving dragging plates through guide pins and guide grooves; two clamping plates which are mounted inside the guide grooves of the bracket are arranged above the support plates; clamping openings of the two clamping plates are opposite to each other; clamping driving dragging plates are mounted on one side of each clamping plate inside the bracket and are used for driving the two clamping plates; V-shaped driving strips are arranged on the clamping driving dragging plates; an opening through which a printed bamboo tube is placed on the lifting support plate is formed in the top plate of the bearing bracket; a positioning strip to which the screen frame is adhered is arranged on the top plate of the bearing bracket. Compared with the prior art, the multi-color screen printing machine for the bamboo tube top surface can be used for accurately overprinting the top surface of a bamboo tube with multiple colors, and is low in production cost.
