Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of dissimilar alloy welding, and particularly discloses a W-Co hard alloy and carbon steel laser welding method. The method includes the steps: 1) cleaning welded surfaces of a W-Co hard alloy and carbon steel to be welded; 2) welding the W-Co hard alloy and the carbon steel; 3) removing smoke on the surface of a welding seam by the aid of a steel brush after welding the W-Co hard alloy and the carbon steel. According to the W-Co hard alloy and carbon steel laser welding method, nickel-based alloy materials are added between two materials, brittle phases of the welded surfaces are avoided, one side of the W-Co hard alloy is free of micro-cracks, the mechanical property of a joint is fine, welding process capability is concentrated, heat input is less, subsequent machining assembly of parts cannot be affected, welding efficiency is high, and welding speed can be higher than 1m/min. |
