Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a processing method of a full steel pipe protected by a refractory material. A steel plate is produced to a liner, and the refractory material prepared by evenly mixing chrome corundum and a binding agent is cast in the liner to obtain the full steel pipe protected by the refractory material; in the pipe produced by the method, the volume density of the refractory material is at least 3.0 g/cm3, and approaches the volume density of 3.2 g/cm3 of machine-made bricks; and the refractory material can bear the external force damage strength of 20 MPa approaching the strength of cement, can bear the scour from high-temperature and high-speed air flows without generating the deformation, and is smooth in inner wall, so that high-temperature gas can quickly pass through, raw oil is continuously and stably shorn and atomized, the product quality can be preferably guaranteed, and the service life of the life is prolonged.
