Warp foam-moisturizing and foam-dressing integrated device

The invention discloses a warp foam-moisturizing and foam-dressing integrated device. The warp foam-moisturizing and foam-dressing integrated device comprises a warp moisturizing unit, a foam-dressing unit and yarn guide rollers. The warp moisturizing unit comprises moisturizing rollers used for moisturizing warps by foam and a foam applicator above the moisturizing rollers. The foam applicator comprises a moisture supplier, a foam generator and a sprayer, wherein the moisture supplier contains water and blowing promoter. The foam-dressing unit comprises dressing rollers and another foam applicator, wherein the dressing rollers perform foam dressing. A size supplier is communicated with the foam generator generating foam of the size, the foam generator is communicated with a conveying pipeline of the sprayer, and the dressing rollers are arranged below the sprayer. The moisturizing rollers and the dressing rollers include at least one pair of rollers tangential horizontally, and yarns are gripped by the moisturizing rollers and the dressing rollers respectively and are guided out through the yarn guide rollers and into the foam-dressing device through the warp moisturizing device. The blowing promoter comprises foaming agent, stabilizer and preservative. The blowing promoter in the moisture supplier is same as that in the size supplier.
