Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for regioselective synthesis of 6-O-acryloylsaccharide derivatives. All-benzyl protected cyclodextrin, monosaccharide or disaccharide and a derivative thereof as a substrate and an organic solvent as a solvent undergo a one-kettle method reaction in the presence of a catalyst and an acylating agent along with low-temperature stirring under the mild reaction conditions so that benzyl at all-benzyl saccharide primary site is transformed into acryloyl. The high-efficiency method has green chemistry characteristics, lays a good foundation for large-scale production of saccharide derivatives and use of saccharide derivatives in human health, is suitable for regioselective replacement reaction of monosaccharide or disaccharide primary site acryloyl, and is conducive to saccharide chemical application development. |
