The inner raceway circular arc groove grinding device comprises a grinding pressure head, guide pillars, a conical sliding shaft with a T-shaped groove guide rail, a sleeve, an end cover, a nut, a lead screw, a cover, a hand wheel, a shell and a positioning block, wherein the positioning block and the shell are fixed together; a contact surface between the positioning block and the tabletop of a machine tool is parallel to the axis of the shell; the conical sliding shaft with the T-grooved guide rail is arranged in a shell hole; more than two guide pillars are uniformly arranged in the T-shaped groove guide rail formed on the conical sliding shaft; the sleeve and the end cover are arranged at the two ends of the shell respectively; one end of the lead screw passes through one end of the sleeve, and is in threaded connection with the conical sliding shaft with the T-shaped groove guide rail; the cover is arranged at the other end of the sleeve; the nut and the hand wheel are arranged at one end, which passes through cover, of the lead screw; the grinding pressure head is arranged on the guide pillars, and can extend out of the outer wall of the shell.
