The invention relates to a method for preparing cordyceps sinensis strain materials with high infection activity through alpine meadow original ecological conditions of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The method includes the steps that alpine meadow original vegetation and the ecological conditions of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau are used for establishing a psychrophyte seedling cultivation garden; the agricultural gardening cultivation technique suitable for the plateau is adopted for water, fertilizer and illumination management and cultivation, so that psychrophyte seedlings are acquired; the psychrophyte seedlings are sprayed and inoculated with prepared cordyceps sinensis sources, a proper environment is created according to methods such as shading net mist spray to promote symbiosis of hirsutella sinensis in the asexual stage of cordyceps sinensis and living psychrophyte tissue, and the infection rate of the cordyceps sinensis strain materials obtained after symbiosis to thitarodes larvae can reach 85.9% to 91.2%.
