The system comprises private cloud for workshop mobile monitoring and public cloud for workshop mobile monitoring. The private cloud for workshop mobile monitoring and the public cloud for workshop mobile monitoring are connected through a network. The server of the private cloud for workshop mobile monitoring is disposed in a workshop. A wireless handheld terminal allocated to a monitoring person is in wireless communication with the private cloud for workshop mobile monitoring. By the monitoring method, the defects that production data cannot be processed in real time, production problems cannot be monitored, production conditions cannot be learned about explicitly in real time, and communication of the address books of production enterprises cannot be achieved in the prior art are overcome.
