Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a making method for cupcakes, which includes the following steps: step 1: the following materials in parts are prepared: four eggs, 50 grams of self-raising flour, 1 gram of salt, 50 grams of white granulated sugar and 50 grams of olive oil; step 2: the albumen of three of the eggs is put into a first vessel and beaten into crude bubbles with an eggbeater; step 3: the albumen with the crude bubbles is added with the salt and the white granulated sugar and beaten until the stiff peak; step 4: the last egg, the remaining yolks and the olive oil are poured into a second vessel; step 5: the eggbeater is used for low-speed uniform beating; step 6: a screen is used for screening the self-raising flour into the second vessel, and the eggbeater is used for low-speed beating for 20 seconds; step 7: the material in the first vessel is added into the second vessel by three times; step 8: the material is uniformly stirred; step 9: the material is poured into paper cups, and is baked in an oven, which is preheated for 20 minutes, under 380 DEG C 15 minutes.
