Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a manufacturing method for a corn seeder. Specifically, the method comprises the steps of: A. selecting an iron rod or steel pipe with a length of 1.8m and a diameter of 6cm, bending the steel pipe by a bending machine to make a sliding rod, from the bottom up, sleeving the sliding rod with a blocking ring, welding a clamp table and sleeving the sliding rod with a seed bin cover in order, welding and fixing the lower end of the blocking ring and the upper end of the seed bin cover, welding and fixing a seed bin below the seed bin cover, and welding and fixing a pit pricking cone at the lower end of the seed bin; B. subjecting the sliding rod and a sliding rod arm to integral moulding during manufacturing, making the blocking ring in a reversed ''7'' structure, sleeving the sliding rod with the upper end of the blocking ring, and welding and fixing the lower end of the blocking ring to the seed bin cover; and C. welding and fixing the clamp table to the sliding rod between the blocking ring and the seed bin cover, and filling the seed bin with corn seeds. The manufacturing method provided by the invention is simple, and the obtained product has the advantages of simple structure, high strength, high production efficiency, time saving and labor saving, and can realize one seedling in one pit. |
