Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a press-fitting mechanism and a press-fitting process for spiral springs in the combined assembly of a rear axle. The press-fitting mechanism comprises a press-fitting limit assembly, a lower support limit assembly, a vertical rail assembly, a lower end connecting assembly for fixing the press-fitting mechanism on a lifting clamp, and a driving assembly for driving the press-fitting limit assembly and the lower support limit assembly to make relative movement, wherein the vertical rail assembly is arranged on the lower end connecting assembly, and the press-fitting limit assembly and the lower support limit assembly are slidably arranged on the vertical rail assembly; the press-fitting limit assembly is positioned above the lower support limit assembly for limiting and compressing the spiral spring. The press-fitting process of the spiral spring in the combined assembly of the car rear axle is simplified, the installation operation is simple and convenient, and the situations that a rear axle assembly and a car body connecting point are difficult to install under the non-press-fitting state of the spiral spring and the back of a car body on a lifting appliance is jacked up in the assembling process are avoided, accordingly, the assembly quality and efficiency are enhanced, and the potential risk in production is also solved. |
