The method for monitoring the electrostatic and fabric composite filter based on the WINCC platform comprises the steps that (1) an electrostatic and fabric composite filter operation interface is established based on the functions of a WINCC configuration software image editor; (2) all control devices of the whole electrostatic and fabric composite filter are managed by means of a variable manager through a high-voltage cabinet and a low-voltage cabinet according to variables, and variable parameters are linked to the designed operation interface; (3) based on the alarm function, all fault information and important parameters of the electrostatic and fabric composite filter are led into the alarm function and are displayed through an alarm control in the WINCC image editor, and real-time monitoring is conducted; (4) based on the archiving function, the important parameters of the electrostatic and fabric composite filter are archived and are led into a curve control in the WINCC image editor, so that a tendency chart is formed, and therefore when the electrostatic and fabric composite filter breaks down in the future, data can be inquired through the tendency chart, and the reason can be found out.
