Zusammenfassung: | A mechanical fault monitoring device for a power transformer motor and a fan is characterized in that vibration sensors, a noise sensor, a data collecting data and a monitoring device are included, the vibration sensors are installed on fan blades of the fan and on a motor respectively, the noise sensor is installed in front of the motor, the vibration sensors and the noise sensor are connected with the data collecting module in a wireless mode, the monitoring device comprises a data processing module and an alarm indicator, the data collecting module and the data processing module are connected, and the data processing module is connected with the alarm indicator. By means of the mechanical fault monitoring device, mechanical faults of the motor and the fan of a power transformer cooling device can be monitored in real time, the situation that a power transformer is too hot due to the fact that the motor and the fan break down and are not maintained timely, and accordingly the faults of the transformer are caused is prevented, manual maintenance cost is reduced, and device maintenance efficiency is improved. |
