The invention discloses a 4*200 L barrel two-set transfer type explosionproof stacker and a stacking method thereof, and provides a stacking device capable of being used under a flammable and explosive gas environment. Four grabs are arranged on a transfer device on a mechanical structure; four barrels of stacks can be finished through once transfer by adopting a manner of two-barrel set and double-set transfer; and the stacking speed can reach 400 barrel/h, so that the stacking efficiency is largely improved. Meanwhile, copper pads are arranged on angle grabs of the stacker for preventing direct collision between the angle grabs and steel barrels to generate sparks so as to achieve the explosionproof effect. The stacker can realize automatic unmanned transfer stacking operation under flammable and explosive, toxic and highly corrosive working environments.
