The toughening and flame-retardant PPH composition comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 56-68 parts of PPH, 5-15 parts of inorganic flexibilizer calcium carbonate, 18-31 parts of inorganic flame retardant melamine coating ammonium polyphosphate, 5-15 parts of inorganic flame retardant magnesium hydroxide, 1-8 parts of tombarthite titanium coupling agent, 0.05-0.6 part of anti-oxidant titanium dioxide and 0.1-1 part of antiager hindered amine. The preparation method for the toughening and flame-retardant PPH composition comprises the following steps: adopting an extruding machine to conduct extrusion granulation at the temperature of 180-210 DEG C, or fully stirring to be uniform to conduct extrusion molding directly to prepare various sectional materials or irregular blanks of toughening and flame-retardant PPH.
