Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a titanium-based coating layer anode and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of wet-process metallurgy anode preparation. The titanium-based coating layer anode is formed by attaching a coating layer with the thickness of 1-7 [mu]m on an anode titanium rod surface, wherein the molar ratio of tin to antimony in the coating layer is 9:0.5-2, and the coating layer contains 1 wt%-7 wt% of a polyaniline pyrolytic carbon nitrogen material. The preparation process comprises surface cleaning treatment of a titanium substrate before coating a layer, preparation of a coating layer original liquid, and coating layer brushing and burning process.
