description The invention provides a manufacturing method of an electrode for a battery and a manufacturing device. The manufacturing method of the electrode for the battery comprises a pressing process and a welding process. In the pressing process, the banded lead wire the width of which is smaller than that of the substrate is arranged along the length direction which is crossed with the width direction of the substrate and on the surface of the substrate, and the arranged lead wire is pressed towards the surface of the substrate. In the welding process, in the state that the lead wire is arranged and pressed towards the surface of the substrate, the lead wire is welded on the substrate through two separate positions along the width direction of the lead wire.
