The system is composed of a main control box with a system state display, four boundary violation signal generation devices which are dispersed at four monitoring points in a high voltage test process, and four hand-held terminals, wherein the main control box and the hand-held terminals are internally provided with wireless transmit-receive modules capable of mutually sending or receiving information respectively; and the boundary violation signal generation devices mainly comprise power source power supply circuits, wireless communication circuits and acousto-optic alarm circuits.
