description Provided is a fish electrical stimulation semen-collection or egg-collection method. When artificial spawning reaches the effect time, a probe of a semen-collection instrument or a probe of an egg-collection instrument is washed clean and then is inserted into the cloaca of a fish by 5-10 centimeters according to the size of the fish, the voltage of an instrument panel of the semen-collection instrument or the instrument panel of the egg-collection instrument is adjusted to be 5-10 volts, the current magnitude is 10-20 milliamperes, the cloaca of the fish is stimulated for 30 seconds, and then semen or eggs of the fish can be collected at the genital pore through a collection cup. The defects that in the prior art, only when a milter is killed, can semen be taken, the number of killed parent fishes is large, cost is high, operations waste time and labor, the efficiency is not high, the fertility rate of a fry is directly influenced due to the fact that the survival time of the semen obtained by killing the milter is short, after eggs are taken from female fishes in a squeezing mode, the parent fishes are severely injured and always die in a large scale, what is worse is that partial female fishes cannot be used as parent fishes next year, and the utilization rate of the parents fishes is greatly reduced are overcome.
