Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a general resistor-capacitor parallel circuit for limiting a time constant. The general resistor-capacitor parallel circuit comprises a resistor (1) and capacitors (2), wherein the resistor is used for providing a discharge loop for the capacitors, and the capacitors are connected to the two ends of the resistor (1) in parallel. A capacitance value C of the capacitors (2) is matched with power consumed in the circuit and an electromagnetic compatibility index, the arithmetic product of a resistance value R of the resistor (1) arranged in parallel and the capacitance value C of the capacitors (2) is smaller than or equal to periodic time T of connected alternating current, and in other words, the discharge time constant of the resistor (1) and the capacitors (2) is smaller than or equal to the periodic time T of the connected alternating current, wherein the resistor (1) and the capacitors (2) are connected in parallel.
