Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an environment-friendly antibacterial polyester material and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly antibacterial polyester material is prepared from the following raw materials according to weight percent: 95%-99.9% of first polyesters and 0.1%-5% of antibacterial masterbatches, wherein the antibacterial masterbatches are prepared from the following raw materials according to weight percent: 60%-80% of second polyesters and 20%-40% of a modified compound antibacterial agent; and the first and second polyesters are the same or different. The environment-friendly antibacterial polyester has good antibacterial performance and high breaking strength. The preparation method of the environment-friendly antibacterial polyester material comprises the steps of mixing the modified compound antibacterial agent with the second polyesters uniformly, then extruding, granulating and slicing the mixture to obtain the antibacterial masterbatches, drying the antibacterial masterbatches,
