Zusammenfassung: | A dried vitrigel film is produced by a process comprising the following steps: (1) a step in which a hydrogel is held in a casting frame which has been disposed on a substrate and has the same shape as the desired shape, and some of the free water in the hydrogel is caused to flow out through the gap between the substrate and the casting frame; (2) a step in which the casting frame is removed from the substrate; (3) a step in which the hydrogel is dried to remove the remaining free water therefrom and thereby produce a vitrified dried hydrogel; (4) a step in which the dried hydrogel is rehydrated to produce a vitrigel film; and (5) a step in which the vitrigel film is redried to remove the free water therefrom and thereby produce a vitrified dried vitrigel film. |
