The paper cellular board framework comprises a plurality of thin sheets which are sequentially arranged, wherein the two side faces of each thin sheet at a plurality of connecting points are dispersedly connected to the side faces of the adjacent front and rear thin sheets; the connecting points are sequentially separated along the direction of the thin sheets; each thin sheet is respectively and sequentially in staggered distribution with the connecting points of the front and rear thin sheets of the thin sheet; cellular cells are respectively formed by each thin sheet and non-connection parts of the front and rear thin sheets and each thin sheet; and air vents are formed in the non-connection parts of the thin sheet and the front and rear thin sheets of the thin sheet so that each cellular cell is at least provided with two air vents to be communicated with the adjacent cellular cell.
