As the desk plate capable of being turned sidewise and rotated is arranged on the front sides of the seat bearing frames, the desk plate can be placed at the front and the lateral, and can also be stored after being turned sidewise; the side turnover mechanism is provided with a self-locking track and a turning track; and the desk plate is stable in a use process, and is convenient to store.
