Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a composite health-care beverage and a processing technology thereof. The composite health-care beverage has a unique local flavor, is rich in nutrients and has health care functions. The processing technology utilizes tomato, orange and celery as raw materials. The composite health-care beverage is prepared from 10 to 20wt% of a celery juice, 10 to 30wt% of a tomato juice, 20 to 30wt% of an orange juice, 1 to 5wt% of cane sugar, 0.1 to 0.3wt% of agar and 0.1 to 0.2wt% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose. The processing technology comprises the steps of raw material selection, cleaning, crushing, juicing, filtration, colloid grinding, blending, homogenization, degassing, disinfection and loading.
