Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an isocoumarin compound, a preparation method thereof and application of the isocoumarin compound in preparing antibiotic medicaments and antineoplastic medicaments. The lateral chain of the isocoumarin compound is in a unique hexahydro-pyrimidine ring structure; and the isocoumarin compound provided by the invention is obtained by fermenting and separating bacillus subtilis strains, has broad-spectrum bacteriostasis activity and higher antibacterial activity on both gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria and shows higher tumor resistance.
