The hydraulic jacking device mainly comprises an oil tank, a power group, a sandwich valve group, an oil pipe, a working cylinder and a bearing device trolley. According to the device, electric jacking can be realized, and manual jacking can be adopted in an emergency state; a traveling wheel is arranged at the bottom of the cylinder, so that the cylinder can conveniently move; the top of the cylinder has a spherical hinge structure, and a certain inclined jacking can be borne; and according to the system, two cylinders are synchronously jacked through a throttling valve. The hydraulic jacking device is simple in structure, the vehicles can be automatically and synchronously jacked during vehicle seal and maintenance in the army, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor intensity is reduced.
