Light-emitting packaging piece

A light-emitting packaging piece comprises: a carrying piece, a light emitting chip disposed on the carrying piece, stop blocks placed in the surrounding of the light emitting chip, first packaging colloid for coating the light emitting chip and the stop blocks, and second packaging colloid forming on the first packaging colloid. By mixing first fluorescent powder of long wavelength in the material of the stop blocks, and mixing second fluorescent powder of short optical wavelength in the material of the second packaging colloid, the second fluorescent powder is located outside of the first fluorescent powder, and thus the light emitted by the second fluorescent powder is not absorbed by the first fluorescent powder so as to enhance the light emitting efficiency.
