The power supply device comprises an energy converting module, a power supply converting module, a magnetorheological fluid vibration attenuation module, a noise reduction module and an antitheft bolt module. The energy converting module is used for converting hydraulic energy into alternating voltage power supply. The power supply converting module is used for simultaneously converting the alternating voltage power supply into a power supply for the online monitoring device for power transmission lines and a direct current power supply for a vibration attenuation system. The magnetorheological fluid vibration attenuation module is used for lowering vibration of the energy converting module.
