The invention relates to a tool clamp for an E type buckle, which comprises a first clamp body, a second clamp body and a third clamp body. The first clamp body and the second clamp body which are mutually connected in a pivoted way are respectively provided with at least one notch. The notches are opposed to one another. The third clamp body which is connected with the first clamp body and the second clamp body in a pivoted way has a part corresponding to the notches of the second clamp body provided with at least one recess. An elastic unit is equipped between the second clamp body and the third clamp body. When the third clamp body swings to approach the first clamp body in a pivoted way, the second clamp body abutted and pressed by the elastic unit swings to approach the first clamp body in a pivoted way. Then the third clamp body and the second clamp body are mutually superimposed.
