Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a filler for sewage treatment, a preparation method of the filler and a sewage treatment method with the filler. The filler is prepared by taking a conductive and porous material as a carrier, and adhering anaerobic digestion bacteria, denitrifying bacteria and anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria to form a film on the surface of the carrier, wherein the anaerobic digestion bacteria with low redox potential form a bio-anode; and the denitrifying bacteria and the anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria with high redox potential form a bio-cathode, so as to form a bio-electrode couple. The filler provided by the invention couples respiratory metabolism of the anaerobic digestion bacteria, the denitrifying bacteria and the anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria, promotes electron and proton transfer through the carrier with porous and conductive capabilities, and can synchronously remove organic pollutants and nitrogen-containing pollutants in the sewage at high efficiency.
