The invention relates to a cat-claw puncture trocar manufactured by stainless steel or other material; the trocar is divided into three layers and comprises a guide tube on exterior, a claw-shaped sleeve on a middle part and a claw-rib inner sleeve on interior; the guide tube (6) is an ordinary catheter and plays a part of guiding or pressurizing the exterior of the claw-shaped sleeve; the front end of the claw-shaped sleeve is in a bifurcate shape (2); the tube wall of a bifurcate position is relatively thin and is deformed conveniently; the bifurcate position is arc-shaped which is outwardly bulged at ordinary times; the bifurcate position can be contracted into a tube shape by extrusion so as to enter an outer sleeve; the tube wall of the front end of the bifurcate position is relatively thick; the heads of the bifurcate position are relatively pointed so as to form sharp cutting claws (1); the cutting claws are bent centrally a little; the cutting claws can be closed mutually at contracting time; tissues
