Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an under-beam transmission device for electron beam irradiation vulcanization of a tire component. The inside of a shield is provided with an irradiation chamber, transition chambers, and a cooling air channel. An electron accelerator is mounted at the upper part of the irradiation chamber. A titanium window of the electron accelerator points at a beam baffle dragged by an air cylinder to make reciprocating motion on a guide rail in the irradiation chamber. A closed-type slat conveyor belt passes through the shield, and is linked end to end after passing the transition chambers and the irradiation chamber. Attached with tire component sheets, the closed-type slat conveyor belt is supported by a plurality of stainless steel spools, supporting wheels and guide wheels supporting to steer, and is in connection with front and back retractable conveyor belts so as to finish deployment and retraction of the tire component sheets.
