Zusammenfassung: | A method for processing selenium-rich asparagus dried vegetable comprises the steps of (1) washing, (2) de-enzyming, wherein washed asparaguses are soaked in water for 2-4 minutes at the temperature of 95-100 DEG C, (3) drying, wherein the asparaguses are placed in a hot-air blowing drying box after the de-enzyming is performed, the temperature is adjusted to be 40-45 DEG C and the drying is performed for 10 hours, (4) steaming, wherein a double-layer large steamer is adopted to perform the steaming after dried selenium-rich asparaguses are cooled, and the steaming time is 3 hours, (5) drying, wherein steamed selenium-rich asparaguses are placed in the hot-air blowing drying box, and the temperature is adjusted to be 55-60 DEG C till the asparaguses are dried to be crisp, (6) detecting parameters including selenium content, microorganism, moisture, heavy metal and the like of the selenium-rich asparagus dried vegetable, and (7) packing.
