Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an image sensing mechanism and an image capture device. The image sensing mechanism comprises a spindle, a photovoltaic conversion unit and a lens, wherein the spindle is provided with a bearing seat and a fixed part; the photovoltaic conversion unit is arranged on the bearing seat; the lens and the fixed part are jointed; and the lens rotates relative to the photovoltaic conversion unit by virtue of the fixed part. The image capture device comprises a body, a spindle, a photovoltaic conversion unit and a lens, wherein the body is provided with an optical axis; the lens and the fixed part are jointed; and the lens rotates by virtue of the fixed part by utilizing the optical axis as a center. The image sensing mechanism and the image capture device, disclosed by the invention, have the advantages of conforming to the human engineering and the like, is easy to use and is very suitable and practical.
