Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a synthetic method of 2-methylthio-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-pyrimidin-5-metyl carbonate. The method comprises the following steps: mixing 2-methylthio-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-3, 6-dihydropyrimidin-5-metyl carbonate with 2, 3-dichloro-5, 6-dicyanobenzoquinone and nitrate in an organic solvent in a mole number of 1: (0.01-0.10): (0.05-0.15); reacting for 24 hours under an oxygen atmosphere from normal atmosphere to 0.5MPa at the temperature of 50-100 DEG C; and after the end of reaction, posttreating a reaction mixture to obtain the 2-methylthio-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-pyrimidin-5-metyl carbonate. The synthetic method disclosed by the invention is simple and convenient to operate; by using the method, the using quantity of toxicant DDQ (2, 3-dichloro-5,6-dicyanobenzoquinone) is reduced; after simple post-treatment, high-purity product can be obtained; and pollutants are significantly reduced in the whole reaction process. |
