Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a production method of an environmental-friendly extremely-thick coating electric steel product, which comprises the following steps of: a) coating a chromium-free environmental-friendly coating, and adopting two or three-roll-type clockwise coating band steel to obtain the chromium-free environmental-friendly coating, wherein the film thickness of the coating is 2mum-5mum; b) baking the coated band steel at the temperature of 280-400 DEG C for 50-70 seconds; and c) coiling the backed band steel under the 20-30 N/mm tension with taper coefficient of 1.1-1.4 to obtain the environmental-friendly extremely-thick coating product.
