Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a compressor fixing device and a compressor fixing structure. The compressor fixing device comprises a base and a support, wherein at least two lower fixing portions are arranged on the base, the support extends upwards from the base, at least two fixing portions corresponding to the lower fixing portions are arranged on the upper portion of the support and are respectively located above the lower fixing portions, each upper fixing portion comprises an arc section and at least two linear sections adjacent to each other, namely the arc section and the at least two linear sections adjacent to each other surround to form the upper fixing portion. The compressor fixing device and the compressor fixing structure are fine in vibration absorbing effect and reliable in fixing.
