Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a chitosan collagen membrane for guiding regeneration of peripheral bones of a dental implant. The chitosan collagen membrane is prepared by performing mixing and freeze drying on a type I collagen aqueous solution and a chitosan acetic acid liquid in the volume ratio of 1:2, wherein the tensile strength is 0.532+/-0.1736 MPa, the average porosity is 90.95 percent, the membrane thickness is 0.30-0.50 millimeter, the average pore diameter is 15,642 nanometers, the elastic modules is 20.0+/-3.29 N/mm , the yield strength is 0.828+/-0.0763 MPa, and the elongation at break is 5.4+/-1.2 percent.
