Spiral algae jelly and manufacturing method thereof

The invention relates to a spiral algae jelly and a manufacturing method thereof. The jelly and the manufacturing method are characterized in that spiral algae powder is adopted as a raw material; and the jelly is manufactured from main components of: plain boiled water, spiral algae powder, honey, milk, jelly powder, fruit powder, pure fish glue, and shredded coconut. According to the invention, first, the plain boiled water is heated; spiral algae powder is added to the plain boiled water, and is dissolved by stirring; jelly powder is added to the solution, and is dissolved by stirring; pure fish glue is added to the solution, and is dissolved by stirring; honey, milk, fruit powder, and shredded coconut are added to the solution, and are dissolved by stirring; the obtained jelly solution is poured into a patterned ice lattice; the patterned ice lattice is scalded by using boiling water, and is used for freezing; and the obtained spiral algae jelly is packaged, such that finished products are obtained.
