Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a recombinant adeno-associated virus-hepatitis B virus 1.3 (rAAV8-HBV1.3) for establishing an HBV mouse model, which is characterized in that a recombinant AAV carrying a multi-copy HBV genome deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is used for manufacturing a mouse chronic hepatitis B model. The used HBV mouse model animal is a C57BL/6 mouse and/or a Balb/c mouse with a normal immune system. The recombinant AAV is intravenously injected into a mouse body through the tail of the mouse; the tissue cell of the liver of the mouse can be infected by the recombinant AAV; the HBV genome DNA carried by the recombinant AAV autonomously replicates to generate a filial generation HBV, and the filial generation HBV and the immune system of an organism jointly act to manufacture the mouse chronic hepatitis B model. The subtype of the HBV packaged by the recombinant AAV is an ayw subtype or an adw, adr and ayr subtype. |
