In the method, the section of a wire is considered as a circle, namely a multi-strand reducing wire bundle is considered as a group of circles, and a hierarchical ordering and filling algorithm is adopted for restraining an arrangement mode of the circles, so that a smallest enveloping circle of any number of circles with any radiuses is calculated in a plane, and minimum diameter of the multi-strand reducing wire bundle sheath in an airplane is obtained. By adopting the method, the size of the cable is reduced, space in the airplane is saved, and overall weight of the airplane is reduced.
