Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a thin-wall stainless steel tube small-radium bending process, which comprises the following process steps: 1) arranging the outer side of one end of a stainless steel tube workpiece in a groove on a pressing plate, arranging the inner side of the stainless steel tube workpiece in the grooved pressing plate of an anti-wrinkling plate, combining and fixing the pressing plate and the anti-wrinkling plate, and arranging the combined and fixed pressing plate and anti-wrinkling plate on a bending die; 2) an anti-flattening core rod is inserted and arranged in an inner cavity on one end of the stainless steel tube workpiece provided with the pressing plate and the anti-wrinkling plate; 3) arranging a combined clamping jaw on the outer wall at the other end of the stainless steel tube workpiece, and arranging the combined clamping jaw on the bending die; and 4) applying a forming force on the combined clamping jaw, performing bending forming till the stainless steel tube is bent to a proper d |
